ImaginData was designed as a global approach to fulfill process industries needs, the aim of this e-monitoring application is to help anyone involve in their day to day work, the analysis in time and prepare the future to master the evolution f their process.

In order to proceed, we collect and historise all possible data available in the process : we designed an iBox capable of reading all process data from most of the electronic/digital equipments used in the mill such as historians, sql servers, OPC servers, Iiot, webservers etc... we can developp special API applications and store data collected manually from the field.

 

The data is sampled and collected every minute, then send on our Cloud ImaginData for long time storage and impmented in a time serie data base. The data is analog, counters, binary, alarms...

 

We provide 2 applications :

1 - Process Data Management, analysis on PC, the dictionnary of the process and other useful fonctions

Design to respond to special reports calculations, automatic exports, special data imports, dictionnary of the data, etc

2 - Process @ Hand the report making adapted to all media from PC to smartphone.

Structured reporting on the base of the users and their tasks to show curves, reports and dashboards. The data from one or more plants can be analysed together.

Before the DCS (Control System) and electronic equipment that supervised processes, the operators had to know and anticipate the process reaction. Process in many cases were not that fast but the operatorshad a good understanding. Now days it seems that the controller is donig everything leaving very little for the operator to do, so we give him much more to watch.

The data is stored in our cloud and implemented in our time serie DataBase which has been choosen for its capability to manipulate very large quantity of data with a very fast time access. Where classical SQL database would be much slower and limited in time.
